Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Agni Health Inc. ("agni", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the agni app and this website. By creating an account or using agni, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use agni.

You must be at least 16 years old to use agni. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly at useagnihealth@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide agni to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The first 100 people to confirm their email, in confirmation order, earn one year of agni free. That reward is yours to keep. Your code arrives by email on launch day, so stay subscribed to receive it. If you unsubscribe, your place is not passed to anyone else. Everyone else who confirms gets one month free. Codes are Apple offer codes for new agni subscribers, so redeem yours before you start a free trial or a paid subscription.

You can share an invite link. Joining through someone's link, or inviting others, does not change anyone's reward. One person gets one place: signups we reasonably believe are duplicates or fake (for example, several email addresses for one person) do not earn a reward. Rewards you've already earned are always kept.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using agni;
• attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt its security or operation;
• scrape, resell, or build a competing product from agni's content or insights;
• misrepresent a doctor report or use agni to give others medical advice you are not qualified to give.

agni uses statistical and AI models to estimate correlations in the data you log. These estimates depend on how much and how consistently you log, and they can be incomplete or wrong. A trigger ranking is a hypothesis to explore, not a verdict.

We work to keep agni available and accurate, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

When you generate a doctor report, agni creates a summary of the data you logged and a link or QR code to share it. That link expires after 48 hours. Once you share a report, the person you share it with can see its contents, so share only with people you trust.

agni, including the app, this site, the agni name and logo, and our content and models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use agni for your own gut health. Your own logged data remains yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, agni is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of insights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, agni and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold agni harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Before filing anything, please email us at useagnihealth@gmail.com. Most issues are faster to fix than to litigate, and we would rather just fix it.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continuing to use agni after a change means you accept the updated terms.
